A journey into the past
Today I have my old home town of Recklinghausen - visits - in the Ruhr area. I'm only every few years there and look around. It looked pretty bad. New casinos on every corner, everywhere leerstehnde shops in prime locations. Even the American Frittierküche middle of the square, a regular institution in the city, it has not done well.
