Motorola Milestone - A bad trip support

Background:

The unit is back "repaired" in my hands.

I was happy at first very naturally, but unfortunately only very briefly. The unit will not turn on anymore because the battery is not charging. The charge indicator will stand for hours at 5%. That's enough juice to power up the unit. After a full night of charging, the battery has, unfortunately, still only 5% on the chest proud. I cry at dat to repair and describe my problem. "The device has left our house on the test correctly, please send it again." They believed me or not really wanted to get rid of me. The lady on the phone asked me to send in the charger. I had been thinking that maybe my charger could be broken. I think these are very unlikely since I have 2 chargers and a charging cradle that the phone could not load any more.

Before I wanted to send my phone back on the trip, I've been trying to get a spare battery to test whether it is possibly only on the battery. A call to the media market revealed to me that there different batteries from different manufacturers for the Milestone are available. In the media market but unfortunately there was not one. Even all the little shops in the town had no phone in stock. Neither Vodafone, O2, The Phone House yet, so I'll probably have to return the phone so without this test.

I again called on dat repair to find out whether and how the call quality has been corrected. The gentleman on the phone told me that the error had been repaired and the bug was found. I'm excited and I know more tomorrow.

He told me had been changed "Antenna Cap" and "Camera Lens something". Also, I would get a new battery.

My Droid is back and it goes on even I was sent a new battery. I suspect that they had sent me the last time a defect. Unfortunately, after the initial power was already back to the first disillusionment. When logging in with my Google account I get the message "There can be no stable data connection to server". The problem here is try to reset to factory settings.

Conclusion
15 € postage, 3 weeks without a cell phone, the repairs have not really fixed. Forced extension of the repair by an incorrect battery ..... I could have saved myself the nightmare I think. In any case, I will avoid in the future, Motorola and dat repair.
